4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.
Delivery charges will be added according to the applicable delivery location and order conditions.
For customized orders, an advance payment of 500 BDT is required.
Any applicable discounts, promotional offers, or coupon codes are subject to their respective terms and validity periods.

5. Customization

Customers are responsible for providing correct name, number, size, and other customization details.
Once customization has been processed, changes may not be possible.
Customized products are not returnable or refundable, except where the product is defective or the customization error was caused by SOLOBO.

6. Delivery

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
If a customer is unavailable or provides incorrect delivery information, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before the order has been processed or customized.
Customized orders cannot be cancelled once customization has started.
Any refund for a cancelled order will be subject to SOLOBO's Refund Policy.

8. Return, Refund & Exchange

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to our respective Return Policy, Refund Policy, and Exchange Policy.

Customers are advised to check the applicable policy before placing an order.

9. Offers & Promotions

Promotional offers are valid only for the specified period or while stocks last.
Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
