At SOLOBO, we aim to deliver your order safely and as quickly as possible across Bangladesh.

1. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the order type and delivery location:

Without Customization	1 Day	2 Days
With Customization	3–4 Days	4–5 Days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Delivery Charges

Delivery Location	Charge
Inside Dhaka	70 BDT
Tongi, Savar & Narayanganj	100 BDT
Outside Dhaka	130 BDT

Free Delivery: Delivery is free for orders with a subtotal of more than 2,500 BDT.

3. Order Processing

Orders are processed after receiving the required order information.
Customized orders may require additional processing time.
For customized orders, a 500 BDT advance payment is required.
Customers are responsible for providing a correct name, phone number, and delivery address.

4. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your order to the provided address.

If the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address or phone number, or refuses to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

5. Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:

Courier-related issues
Weather conditions
Public holidays
Traffic or transportation disruptions
Incorrect or incomplete customer information
Other circumstances beyond our control

6. Receiving Your Order

Please check your package and product condition upon delivery. If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, contact SOLOBO within 48 hours of receiving the order.
