Is advance payment required for customized orders?
Yes. A 500 BDT advance payment is required for customized orders.
Can I return a customized jersey?
Customized jerseys are not returnable, except when the product is defective or the customization error was caused by SOLOBO.
How long does delivery take?
Without customization:
- Inside Dhaka: 1 day
- Outside Dhaka: 2 days
With customization:
- Inside Dhaka: 3–4 days
- Outside Dhaka: 4–5 days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier or unforeseen circumstances.
How much is the delivery charge?
- Inside Dhaka: 70 BDT
- Tongi, Savar & Narayanganj: 100 BDT
- Outside Dhaka: 130 BDT
Orders with a subtotal of more than 2,500 BDT qualify for free delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You may request a change or cancellation before your order has been processed or customized.
Once customization has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
What if I receive the wrong or damaged product?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide your order number along with clear photos or videos of the issue.
Our team will review the case and assist you according to our Return and Exchange Policies.
Can I exchange the size?
Size exchanges may be available depending on the product and stock availability. Please check our Exchange Policy or contact customer support before sending the product back.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders and locations.
Customized orders require a 500 BDT advance payment, with the remaining amount payable according to the selected payment method.
