Free Delivery: Delivery is free for orders with a subtotal of more than 2,500 BDT.

• For customized orders, a 500 BDT advance payment is required.
• Customers are responsible for providing a correct name, phone number, and delivery address.

4. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt to deliver your order to the provided address.

If the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address or phone number, or refuses to receive the order, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Return Policy

At SOLOBO, customer satisfaction is our priority. We want you to receive your order in perfect condition.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

• You received a wrong, damaged, or defective product.
• The product received is different from what you ordered.

Return requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
• Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the product and the issue when submitting a return request.

Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, or used may not be eligible for return.

3. Customized Products

Customized jerseys are not returnable unless the product is defective or the customization error was caused by SOLOBO.

Please carefully check your customization details, including name, number, and size, before confirming your order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return:

• Customized products, except in cases of defects or errors caused by SOLOBO.
• Products damaged or altered by the customer.
• Washed or worn products.
• Products without their original tags or packaging.

5. Return Process

To request a return, contact SOLOBO through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, or our customer support channel within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:

• Order number
• Customer name and phone number
• Reason for return
• Clear photos/videos of the product and issue

Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is due to a wrong, defective, or damaged product caused by SOLOBO, we will arrange or cover the applicable return delivery cost.

For other cases, return delivery charges may be the customer's responsibility.

7. Inspection

All returned products are subject to inspection. SOLOBO reserves the right to approve or reject a return request if the product does not meet the conditions stated in this policy.
